Enough with the overly-long introductions all ready. One of long-islands most historical and successful restaurants has become a local disaster. Will Gordon be able to make the required changes and whip the restaurant back into shape ? Of course he will be able to. The restaurant contains staff that are belligerent, uncaring, arrogant and naggy. I am going to enjoy Gordon telling these people how lame they are. More yelling and screaming in the episode, it’s going to be funny.
A mother-son team is running their beloved family restaurant, Seascape, into the ground. A hard-headed chef, mixed with an inexperienced general manager, is a recipe for disaster.
